How long until you actually reply?
Median ~3 hours during US daytime. Worst case 24 h. We don't have a 9-to-5 — if it's reasonable to expect a reply at 11pm Pacific, we usually do.
Where do you ship from?
One warehouse in Shenzhen. Tracked door-to-door, 5–12 days to most countries, 5–9 days to most US addresses.
Will I pay customs / duty?
Most US orders under $800 clear duty- and tax-free (de minimis). Other countries vary — your cart shows an estimate before checkout. The carrier collects on delivery if anything is owed; we don't add hidden fees.
Can I cancel an order I just placed?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email within ~12 hours and we can usually pull it from the warehouse queue. After it's shipped, treat it as a return.
I'm not sure my dish-gen will fit. Can I ask before buying?
