30-day returns. Plain English.
Wrong dish gen, doesn't fit your pole, changed your mind, arrived damaged — pick any reason. You have 30 days from the day your tracking shows "delivered" to start a return.
What we always cover
- Defective on arrival. A snapped clip, a non-functional adapter, missing parts in the box — full refund + we cover the return shipping. Send a photo to [email protected] and we'll arrange the replacement same business day.
- Damaged in transit. Photograph the package and contents before unpacking further; we'll file the carrier claim and send a replacement immediately — you don't wait for the carrier investigation to clear.
- Wrong item shipped. Our fault. Full refund + free return shipping + we send the right item right away.
30-day no-questions-asked returns
If you just don't want it anymore, the dish gen turned out wrong, or the install plan changed:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Buyer pays the return shipping. Most US customers spend $4–$8 sending it back via USPS.
- We refund 100% of the item price + the original shipping you paid us, within 3 business days of receipt.
- If your order had free shipping (over $79), the original outbound shipping cost ($10–$30) is deducted from the refund — Stripe doesn't refund our carrier fee.
First-time-customer guarantee
If this is your first OrbitGrip order and something's wrong — anything — email us. We make it right or full refund, no return shipping required from you. We'd rather lose the part than the relationship.
What we can't accept back
- Used items with scratches, weathering, or installation residue. (Defective is different from used — see above.)
- Custom-cut cables if you've already trimmed them.
- Returns past 30 days from delivery. Email us anyway — if it's defective we may extend on a case-by-case basis.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order ID + a one-line reason. (Order ID looks like
ord_3pX8Ld...from your confirmation email.) - We reply with a return address (US or Asia depending on inventory location) and any prepaid label if applicable.
- You ship it. Tracking is your insurance — we recommend a tracked service.
- Refund hits your card 1–3 business days after we receive it. Stripe handles the actual refund — you don't need an OrbitGrip account.
