Wrong dish gen, doesn't fit your pole, changed your mind, arrived damaged — pick any reason. You have 30 days from the day your tracking shows "delivered" to start a return.

If you just don't want it anymore, the dish gen turned out wrong, or the install plan changed:

First-time-customer guarantee

If this is your first OrbitGrip order and something's wrong — anything — email us. We make it right or full refund, no return shipping required from you. We'd rather lose the part than the relationship.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order ID + a one-line reason. (Order ID looks like ord_3pX8Ld... from your confirmation email.)
  2. We reply with a return address (US or Asia depending on inventory location) and any prepaid label if applicable.
  3. You ship it. Tracking is your insurance — we recommend a tracked service.
  4. Refund hits your card 1–3 business days after we receive it. Stripe handles the actual refund — you don't need an OrbitGrip account.
