Does it work on fibreglass or aluminium-skin RVs?
Yes. The rubber-lined jaw distributes pressure across the lip. We've tested it on Airstream, fibreglass motorhomes, and aluminium box-trucks at 160 km/h tunnel speed without movement.
Can I leave the dish mounted while driving?
Yes, with tilt set to 0°. The mount is tested at 160 km/h sustained. Remove for car washes, low overpasses, and hangar storage.
Will it damage the roof?
No. The closed-cell EPDM rubber jaw distributes pressure. Hand-tight is enough — over-torquing with tools is the only way to mark fibreglass.
